  • How does the 90-day trial work?

    You connect one AWS account, Azure subscription, GCP billing project, or StackIT project with read-only access. We verify the first provider sync, review available history, and send a one-page report. No card, no commitment.

  • Where is billing data stored?

    We store the cost and usage records needed for attribution, plus resource metadata. We do not store customer data from inside your services. All data is encrypted at rest in EU-West-1 and deleted within 30 days of contract end.

  • Does Business include SSO?

    Yes. Business includes SSO via Spot Suite OIDC with SAML and OIDC federation, custom roles, and an audit log. All tiers use Spot Suite identity with passkeys and authenticator-app MFA.

  • What compliance certifications do you hold?

    Cloud Horizons supports FinOps governance, budget review, anomaly response, and audit records for cloud-cost decisions. It does not claim DORA, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, ISO, or other compliance certification from the public website.
