Cloud Horizons

Multi-cloud cost visibility
and forecasting.

Daily anomalies, team attribution, and budget forecasts across AWS, Azure, GCP, and StackIT.

UK GDPR · NIS Regulations · ISO 27001:2022

Capabilities

Anomalies, attribution, and forecasts.

  • Daily anomaly detection

Compares each service and account against a 90-day baseline and flags NAT transfer spikes, RDS class drift, and expired reservations before the invoice closes.

  • Team attribution

Maps spend to owners via tag policy, account rules, and regex on resource ARN — with un-tagged spend surfaced for cleanup.

  • Forecasts and budgets

Run-rate projections and monthly budget tracking with email and Slack alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the period.

  • Four-cloud coverage

Normalized cost view across AWS, Azure, GCP, and StackIT — same anomaly format, same owner path, per-cloud nuance preserved.

  • Rightsizing playbooks

Remediation options for idle resources, savings plans, reserved instances, and CUD commitments — with dollar impact per finding.

  • Read-only collectors

AWS IAM role, Azure service principal, GCP service account, or StackIT project token — no agents, no write access, about 10 minutes to connect.

How it works.

  1. Connect

10-minute read-only setup. AWS IAM role, Azure service principal, GCP service account, StackIT project token. No agents, no infrastructure changes.

  2. See

Daily anomaly scan, attribution by team and service, forecast for the next billing period. The first useful insight lands within an hour.

  3. Act

Remediation playbooks per anomaly type — RI, savings plan, CUD, and idle resource cleanup with dollar value per finding.

Questions.

  • How does the 30-day trial work?

Sign up without a credit card and connect your cloud providers with read-only access. Cost attribution, anomaly alerts, and forecasts are available immediately in your dedicated environment. No card, no commitment.

  • Where is billing data stored?

We store the cost and usage records needed for attribution, plus resource metadata. We do not store customer data from inside your services. All data is processed and stored in EU jurisdiction on Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 and deleted within 30 days of contract end.

  • How is the spend band measured?

We use your trailing monthly cloud spend across connected providers to place you in the correct band. Starter covers up to €100K, Growth covers €100K to €500K, and Business covers spend above that. The fee is flat — never a percentage of your bill.

  • Does Business include SSO?

Yes. Business includes SSO via Spot Suite OIDC with SAML and OIDC federation, custom roles, and an audit log. All tiers use Spot Suite identity with passkeys and authenticator-app MFA.

  • What compliance certifications do you hold?

Cloud Horizons supports FinOps governance, budget review, anomaly response, and audit records for cloud-cost decisions. It does not claim DORA, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, ISO, or other compliance certification from the public website.
